Morning workouts and Open Gyms will start Sept. 20th. Strength workouts are Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri from 6:30am-7:15am. All who want to prepare their body for the season are encouraged to attend- no experience necessary. Masks are required. Open Gyms are Mon and Wed from 6-7:30 in the main gym- masks are required. See you there and let's get ready!!
